1–3 Days in Dhaka

Fast courier dispatch: 1–3 days in Dhaka, 2–5 days outside Dhaka.

Consignment tracking code provided as soon as order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery

Convenient COD available nationwide with standard courier terms.

Dhaka City

1–3 working days

Outside Dhaka

2–5 working days

Remote Areas

3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, political disruptions, natural disasters, high-demand festive periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated during checkout and may vary depending on location, parcel size, weight, and courier rates.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation.

Customized jerseys may require additional processing time before shipment.

Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Attempts

Customers are requested to remain available at the provided contact number during the delivery period.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

Incorrect address
Unreachable phone number
Customer unavailability
Refusal to receive the parcel

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Order Tracking

Tracking information may be provided once the parcel has been handed over to the courier partner. Customers can use the tracking information to monitor delivery progress.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon receiving it. If the parcel appears:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

Customers must pay the full invoice amount before opening the package.

Courier personnel are not authorized to allow product inspection before payment.

Refusal of confirmed orders without a valid reason may result in future order restrictions.

Failed Deliveries

Orders returned due to customer-related reasons may require advance payment before re-shipment.
