Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in color, design, patches, or sponsor logos may occur due to manufacturing updates, screen settings, and lighting conditions.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Orders will be processed only after payment verification where applicable.

Culer Fit reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing errors or technical issues.

Customization Orders

Customized jerseys (including custom names, numbers, sponsor logos, or team branding) are produced according to customer-provided information.

Customers are responsible for verifying spelling, numbering, and customization details before placing an order.

Customized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by Culer Fit is identified.

Product Availability

Product availability is subject to stock levels and supplier availability. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, customers will be notified and offered an alternative, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Size Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before placing an order. Size charts are provided for guidance.

Minor measurement variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Culer Fit is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Additional charges resulting from incorrect information may be borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy

Size exchanges may be accepted subject to:

Product remaining unused and unwashed.

Original tags and packaging being intact.

Exchange request being submitted within the specified exchange period.

Customers may be responsible for applicable courier charges associated with exchanges.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns or refunds may be approved only in the following situations:

Wrong product delivered.

Manufacturing defect.

Damaged product received.
